Hong Luong joined Comarm as a Senior Consultant, in January 2026.  Hong has twenty years of investment industry experience in the area of compliance and regulation.  Hong was most recently with CIRO as Senior Member Intake Examiner where she was responsible for handling CIRO new member applications, in coordination with the multiple CIRO functional departments.  Prior to that, she worked in the Business Conduct and Trading Conduct departments as a Senior Examiner.  Prior to working as a regulator, Hong held various compliance roles with investment dealers.  Hong is a dedicated, results-driven, compliance professional with a thorough knowledge of the securities industry’s regulatory requirements, capital markets operations, business models for both retail and institutional investment firms.
